Parking space is convenient

The staff at the bar downstairs is terrible. One was very rude and the other one not trained and had no clue about his job. Also I booked a double room and was given a twin room.

Rooms are large and simple, typical 3* hotel, relatively clean.

Reception work until 11pm, we were lucky to check-in just before 11pm. They made a mistake by giving the same room to another guest who entered the room while I was in. He stood stoned, me also... they apologized etc... but shouldn't happen.

The staff, room and the food were excellent.

The hotel is ok. On price - benefit equation I think we had a possitive overall. Everything is average or a bit bellow. The thing that brings value is the breakfast and free parking. The rest is just average as expected. good for people who only thinks on going to sleep in a hotel.

Very good position relating to the motorway and the metro station. A good place for sleeping if you're travelling the area. Good personnel.

Not perfect service and room cleaning, but it's ok for friends groups and young couples. Being directly on a road, it could be a bit noisy during early morning.

This Hotel situates 200 meters from last station of Metro 1? or 2.The access from city center is very easy.

Very small rooms, but best when trying to swat the mossies, but still got bitten to death. Why do hotels not provide protection?

Position near Ecole Hoteliere. Hotel staff was nice.

A little noisy (near a trafficked room) and the room was not so nice and not so cheap.

Qualified personnel. Purity and order. The subway near hotel (20 meters).

There is no conditioner. Far from the center (15-20 minutes by the subway).

I travelled with my parents and my grandmother and we took two double rooms. Good shower, nice and clean bathroom. We arrived on Sunday at 20.05 (the check-in finish at 20.00) and after a while the waitress of the restaurant opened the door and gave us the keys of our rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel, they offered just pizzas, but they were very tasted and big. In the morning we had a nice breakfast.

Nothing. It's a regular hotel, not so expensive for Switzerland, enough to have a good sleep and nice breakfast.

Good location close to Lausanne; the subway is very close (about 200 m) if you prefer to leave the car in the hotel parking, which is free of charge. Plenty of TV programs.

Excellent attentaive staff, brilliant location on top of a surprising city.

The Wi-Fi was weak.
